Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same day cancellations will result in being charged 50% of service fee. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than [10-15] minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit. Clients who no call/no show will be banned from future booking. For safety and comfort, please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment. Preparation Arrive with clean eyes/lashes and no makeup to ensure the best retention and service quality. For wax appointments please make sure to exfoliate at least 24 hours beforehand and come freshly showered.
